The 2012, 365 Miles Challenge is pretty simple.
Walk/Run/Whatever 365 miles in 365 days.What you week could look like:

Monday- 1.4 Miles.
Tuesday- 1.4 Miles
Wednesday- 1.4 Miles
Thursday- REST
Friday- 1.4 Miles
Saturday- 1.4 MilesOR
Sunday- 3 Miles
